He was predeceased by: his wife Catheryn Martin. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Martin, Dottie Thomas (Stacy), Michelle Williams (Gary), Douglas Martin, Christopher Martin (Shelly) and William Parks; his grandchildren, Brittany Cain, Tiffany Smith, Tyler Martin, Jeremy Elrod, Harley Thomas, Bradley Williams, Jacobs Parks and Matthew Parks; and his brothers, Lewis Martin and Jack Martin. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
