He was predeceased by: his parents, David Leon and Martha Cleo Turner Long; and his brother Curtis Long. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Long; his children, David Long, Lisa Gillespie (Danny) and Christy Ziemer (Danny); his grandchildren, Evan Gillespie, Luke Ziemer, Logan Ziemer and Nichole Blalock; his great grandchildren, Michael Cooper, Landon Blalock and Hayden Blalock; and his brother Grady Long.
