She was predeceased by: her parents, Essie Lee Manson and Robert Lewis Promise; her grandmother Lubertha; and her brother-in-law Jermaine. She is survived by: her children, LaTisha McNeal and Jermaine Fleming Jr.; her husband Billy; her children, LaTosha (Omar) and Kaysey; her grandchildren, Omar Ward (Jai), Elaina Ward, Jori Fleming, JaMari Cotton and Amoura Fleming; her siblings, Patricia (Johnson) and Anthony (Promise); and her nieces and nephews, Anthony, Carcitia, Khiaro, LaShay and Layanna. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
