He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his sons, Craig Champaign (Jennifer), Kevin Smallwood (Kim) and John Smallwood (Starr); his great grandchild Bennett Van Pamelen; and his sisters, Faye Hood and Shirley Gunn (Russell). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchild.
