It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rachel W. Reed of Gainesville, Georgia, who passed away on January 27, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, D. S. Wall, Sr. and Beulah Green Pate Wall; and her husband John H. Reed, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Donna Reed of Murryville, John H. "Chip" Reed and Tim Reed of Gainesville; and her grandchildren, Scott H. Reed of Atlanta and Rachel M. Reed of Denver, Colorado.. She is also survived by caregivers whom her family.
