He is survived by: his partner Kasey Carlisle; his daughters, Calli Carlisle and Charlize Carlisle; the mother of his child Veronica Carlisle; his mother Julie Carlisle of Gainesville, GA.; his sister Lacie Carlisle of Davis, CA; and his uncles, Tom Southern of Thomasville, GA and David Southern of St. Augustine, FL..
