She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jenkins and Nitia Jenkins. She is survived by: her husband Brent Mazarky; her children, Lee (Tonya Mazarky) and Christie (Gordon Callaway); her grandchildren, Taylor Mazarky and Toby Mazarky; her sister Rebecca; her brother-in-law Tom Summers; her brother David; and her sister-in-law Joy Jenkins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
