She is survived by: her husband Thomas Larry Nix; her sons, Thomas Leslie Nix and Andrew Franklin Nix (Delise); her grandsons, Connor and Reid; her stepgrandchildren, Jessica and Chase; her sister-in-law Joan Whiting; and her brother Billy Ray Whiting (Martha).
