She was predeceased by: her parents, C. J. Roper and Helen Bagwell Roper. She is survived by: her husband Lee Cato of Gainesville; her children, Dondi Vickers (Renee) of Flowery Branch, Ansley Cato of Sylva, NC, Chris Cato (Jennifer) of Cleveland, Yancey Vickers (Kanako) of Pendergrass and Toby Cato of Gainesville; and her brother Danny Roper (Pearl). She is also survived by five grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to the Mountain View Baptist Church Building Fund, 3765 Mountain View Rd, Gainesville, GA 30504.
