He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis W. Grace and Annie Grace; his siblings, Mike Kiser, Bill Kiser and Jackye Kiser Murphy; and his stepdaughter Theresa Ann O'Kelley Summers.
He is survived by: his children, Sandi Ferguson (Bob) of Cornelia and Jeff Kiser of Gainesville; his stepson Jeffrey O'Kelley (Danette) of Hoschton; his grandchildren, Rob, Sam, Ben Ferguson, Jeffery Kiser, Madi Grace Kiser and Jessi Kiser; and his siblings, Joe Kiser (Gayle) of Hartwell, Jim Kiser (Rita) of Maysville, Gerald Kiser (Helen) of Gainesville and Judy Thomsen (Kirk) of Gainesville. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
