She is survived by: her husband John Fowler; her daughter Tammy; her son-in-law Chris Patrick; her son Jess Jason; her daughter-in-law Karen Hiatt; and her grandchildren, Christopher Jackson, Cheyenne Patrick, Megan Reece and Jessica Alligood.
