She was predeceased by: her parents, Nikifor Chernogor and Tatiana Chernogor; her husband George Boychuk; her grandchildren, Peter, Alexandra Lee (Alee) and Roman Boychuk; and her son-in-law Mark Darmetko.
She is survived by: her children, Mark and Christine Boychuk; her daughter-in-law Phoebe Middleton Boychuk; her grandson Christian; and her great grandchild Sloane Skye Gaddi.
