Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Nick William Gazaway of Gainesville, Georgia, who passed away at the age of 62, on January 28, 2024. He is survived by: his wife Libby Gazaway; his children, Laura DeLaPerriere (William) and Joshua Gazaway (Sarah); his grandchildren, Mackenzie and Brianna; his parents, George W. Gazaway Jr. and Shirley Gazaway Robinson; his brother Vic Gazaway (Linda); his nephew Merritt Gazaway; his niece Tori Gazaway; his mother-in-law Dot Corbin; his brother-in-law Ken Corbin; his niece Courtney Elstein (David); his great-niece Braylynn Elstein; and his great-nephew Corbin Elstein.

“Libby, Laura and Joshua, We are so shocked to learn today that Nick had passed away and wish we could have been praying earlier for all of y'all. We know you have a wonderful family and church family for support during your tough time. I know you miss Nick very much and are assured he is with the Lord. “Libby although we didn't get to spend a lot of time with you and Nick except at the hospital and the Mason House there had been a special bond created through the transplant process that only those who have experienced it would understand. Nick is a great guy, and he loves his family even now and he will be missed until the glorious day your reunited in Heaven. We're praying for you and the kids for grace in the coming days.
