He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lee Simpson and Beulah Evelyn Peebles Simpson. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Deloris Lunsford Simpson of Gainesville; his children, Ryan Neal Simpson (Patti) and Robin Ann Jenkins (Kevin); his grandchildren, Drew Jenkins (Kirsten), Kaitlyn Jenkins Westmoreland (Caleb), Abby Jenkins McKay (Josh) and Anna Jenkins Massey (Houston); his great grandchildren, Mercy, Titus, Adelyn, Simon Neal Jenkins, Waverly and William Westmoreland; and his sister Nancy Williams.
