He is survived by: his wife Louella Martin Stover; his daughter Naomi Santiago (Joseph Andrade); his sister Dorothy Moon; his grandchildren, Cole Howard, Colby Howard, Juan Santiago, Ricardo Santiago and Katherine Santiago; and his great grandchild Iliana Maroquin.
