He was predeceased by: his father Paul Waters. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Chandler Waters; his daughters, Pam Smith (Gary) and Sheri Griffin (Louie); his grandchildren, Ryan Smith (Brandi), Rustin Smith (Jessica) and Nicole Griffin; his great grandchildren, Layla, Easton, Avelyn, Eden, Conner, Emersyn and Eleanor; and his niece Lynn Syfan (Greg).
