She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Fulton and Arthur Fulton; her former husband Dr. Richard S. Kinsey; and her son Richard S. Kinsey, II. She is survived by: her husband Thomas T. Folger, Jr.; her children, Susannah F. Kinsey, Elizabeth K. Austin (Ty), Tommy Folger, Paul Folger (Laurie) and John Folger (Rosie); and her grandchildren, Isabella Austin, Emmeline Austin, Stephanie Kinsey Barron (Michael), Richard S. Kinsey, III, Justin Kinsey, Alane Ann Folger Massey (Bryan), Stacia Folger McGriff (Tyler), Lauren Folger Roberts (Severin), John Folger, Jr. and Elaine Folger. She is also survived by great grandchildren and other family members.
