She was predeceased by: her son Jerry Chard; her husband Warren Chard; and her siblings, Marie Marting and Richard Watkins. She is survived by: her child Richard Chard (Phyllis) of Ft; and her grandchildren, Brad McCulloch (Terri), Joseph Isley (Kristen), Carissa Lynch, Phillip DeSalvo (Traci), Kimberly Avadikian, Melanie Villarreal (Xavier) and Mark Chard (Jessica).

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida in loving memory of Mildred M. Chard.
