He is survived by: his wife Linda Slaick of Gainesville; his son Chris; his daughter-in-law Aimee Slaick of Thompson Station, TN; his daughter Elissa Adamcik of Gainesville; and his grandchildren, Kailyn and Andrew Adamcik.
