He was predeceased by: his father Mitchell Bingham; and his wife Glenda Bingham. He is survived by: his mother Verla Bingham (Ricketts); his daughter Kim; his son-in-law Geoffrey Kohler of Gainesville; his son Wes; his daughter-in-law Jamie Bingham of Pioneer, CA; his daughter Kelley; his son-in-law Matthew Howard of Oakwood; his grandchildren, Lauren Pinelli, Caitlyn Pinnelli, Emily Claire Kohler, Eli Kohler, Eva Mae Bingham and Brooke Caroline Howard; his great grandchild Wrenly Dinae Evans; his sisters, Mary (Herb Kalar), Marla (Scott Larson) and Marsha Bingham of Fresno, CA; and his sisters-in-law, Pat Emberton of West Memphis, AR, Kim Lisenbee (Bobby), Sandy Voyles (Fairl) of Earle, AR and Terri Chambless (Jerry) of Augusta, AR.
