He is survived by: his wife Jeanette DeLong; his children, Scott Blackstone, Dustin Blackstone and Lacretia Blackstone; his grandchildren, Addison Blackstone, Danya Blackstone, Zack Blackstone, Austin Blackstone, Amanda DeLong and Jessie DeLong; his brothers, Doug DeLong, Doyle DeLong and Dennis Delong; and his sister-in-law Donna DeLong. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
