Melanie Jean Rochat-Hyde Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melanie Jean Rochat-Hyde (Gainesville, Georgia), who passed away on September 30, 2021 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her significant other Richard Hyde of Navarre; her parents, Roger Rochat and Susan Rochat of Atlanta; her siblings, David Rochat (Lisa Miller) of Virginia and Suzette Rochat Harris (Michael) of Dallas; her nieces and nephews, Rachel, Daniel Harris, Alex and Samantha Rochat; and her pets, Bindi and Bodhi.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory to support student learning of two of her passions--environmental sciences and women's health through the Navarre Beach Marine Science Station and the GEMMA fund at Emory University.
