She was predeceased by: her parents, James Roscoe and Ruth Cox Barker; her husband Tommy J. Phillips; and her siblings, Clarence, Kimsey, Floyd, James, John Barker, Louvenia Stanford, Ethel Pugh, Annie Ruth Elliott and Carol Roper.
She is survived by: her son Randy; her daughter-in-law Suzanne Phillips; her grandsons, Austin of Gainesville and Wade Phillips of Gainesville; her sisters-in-law, Patty Barker of Boston, Sara P. Morgan and Georgia; and her caregivers, Mary Mangrum, Ackma Captan-Sudue, Samira Cheapoo, Angela Lott and Miranda Brown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northeast Georgia Medical Center or a favorite charity.
