We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2020, at the age of 92, Mary Louise (Durrett) Hulsey (Gainesville, Georgia), born in Asheville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Williams and William 'Fred Durrett; her former husband John Burl; her brother William "Bill" Durrett, Sr.; and her daughter Carolyn Hulsey Fernandez.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Louise Hulsey; her spouse Navy; her son-in-law Segundo Fernandez; and her children, John Jr. (Cinda Hulsey) of Gainesville, GA, David Hulsey of Tallahassee, FL, Beth (Gerald Carlson) of Lafayette, LA, Wes (Kathy Hulsey) of Greenville, SC and Mehdi Zariei (Brenda). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Gainesville Music Building Fund 751 Green Street Gainesville, GA 30501.
