She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Cecil Rose and Flora Dean Peek Rose; and her husband Phil Futrelle. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Scroggs (David) and Bob Nettles (Mona Rubinstein); her grandchildren, Jason (Tara), Cindy (Brandon) and Ashley; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Baker, Charlie, Lawson and Cooper.
