It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lou Day of Gainesville, Georgia, born in Dawsonville, Georgia, who passed away on September 11, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Ingram and Fronnie Ingram; her husband Marvin Day; her son Kevin Day; and her siblings, Freddie Ingram, Weldon Ingram, Vera Vasquez and Vernell Gee.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda; her son-in-law Marvin Phillips of Gainesville; her son Greg; her daughter-in-law Kelly Barton of Gainesville; her grandchildren, Jason Day, Brittany Willoughby, Kacey Day, Tyler Phillips, Ivy Barton and Natalie Barton; and her great grandchildren, Marson Day, Aubrey Willoughby, Makayla Day, Luke Willoughby, Tyler Day and Makenzie Day. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
