She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Mizell and Maudell Singleton; her daughter Ruby Mizell; and her cousin Willie Jermone Pruitt. She is survived by: her siblings, Wendy S. Singleton and James B. Singleton; her sister-in-law Trina Y. Singleton; her cousins, Grady C. Thomas, Dale P. Pruitt, Terrance A. Wilson and Marlaner Trammell; her uncle Charles "Junnie" Mizell; and her aunt Mae Etta Jackson. She is also survived by friends, especially her nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wimberly Funeral Home (325 Summit St SE, Gainesville, GA 30501). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hickory Grove Cme Church (69 Hickory Grove Rd, Dahlonega, GA 30533).
