He is survived by: his wife Pam Knepp; his children, Erica Dukes, Dillon Knepp and David Knepp; his grandchildren, DJ Dukes and London Dukes; his siblings, John Knepp (Joan), Kathy Duhon (Jon), Beth Rivers (Larry), Margaret Clatterbuck (Don) and Mickey Brusure (Neal); his father-in-law Cecil Callaway (Sharon); and his sister-in-law Angela Welborn (Daren). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
