With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marissa Lynn Murphy of Gainesville, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 19, 2024 at the age of 40. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Marissa's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Marissa has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Rudy and Margaret Latimer of Gainesville; her father Rocky Kendall of Gainesville, Beloved; and her son Alex Murphy. She is survived by: her son Daniel Aldaco of Gainesville; her grandparents, Bobby and Ann Murphy of Gainesville; her mother Melody Murphy of Gainesville; and her siblings, Brandon Kendall of Gainesville and Brandy Kendall of Gainesville.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hillside Chapel Funeral Home (1190 McEver Rd, Gainesville, GA 30504). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
