She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Howard and Hermie Parrish Dees of Evergreen; her brother Alvin Howard Dees Jr. of Montgomery; and also, Robert H. and Lenoree Shiver Bennett of Louisville.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Robert H. Bennett, III (Tara) of Eufaula and DeAnna Bennett Goellner (Christopher) of Gainesville, Georgia.; her grandchildren, Anna Frances Goellner, Christopher Bennett Goellner, Robert Harris Bennett IV and Sidney Rhodes McDonald Bennett; her sisters-in-law, Deborah Weaver Dees of Montgomery, Lynne Bennett Givhan (Sam) of Safford, Beth Bennett Simpson (George) of Birmingham and Carol Bennett Frederick (Beebe) of Montgomery; her significant other Louisville Baptist Church; and her pet Ruffles.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Louisville Baptist Church (1900 Main St, Louisville, AL 36048). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 2:45 PM at the Louisville City Cemetery.
