She is survived by: her daughters, Maureen (John Daugherty), Georgia, Patricia (James Bolan), Ann Marie (Richard Simpson) and Barbara Jean Habulin of Stormville; her grandchildren, Jennifer Daugherty of Roswell, John Fox, Lisa Bolan of Los Angeles, CA, James Bolan of Los Angeles, CA, Kelly Simpson of Alpharetta, Ryan Simpson of Wappinger Falls, Amber, Sevan Pack of Palenville, Mehgan Levesque of Putnam Valley and Selena Roque of Carmel; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Caroline, Parker, Reagan, John Fox Daugherty, III, Anthony Scarfone and Juliette Pack; and her great great grandchild Alana Woodard.
