He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara J. Chambers Daniel; his parents, Loyd Daniel Sr. and Thelma Church Daniel; and his sisters, Leatrice Daniel Gabrels and Lorretta Daniel Chastain.
He is survived by: his son Dale P. Daniel; his daughter-in-law Dale M.; his daughter Cynthia K. Daniel; his siblings, James A. Daniel, David "Sparky" Daniel and Monteen Daniel Waldron; and his brother-in-law Leonard (Groucho). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calendar McGahee-Griffin & McEntire Funeral Home (175 VFW Rd, Cornelia, GA 30531). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Calendar Fairfield Baptist Church (2236 GA-105, Demorest, GA 30535). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Fairfield Baptist Church general or cemetery fund, 2236 GA 105 Demorest, GA 30535.
