She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hoeppner and Ann Hoeppner; and her brother Tom Collins. She is survived by: her husband Tom Collins; her sons, Skip (Kay Collins) and Art (Debbie Collins); her grandchildren, Brandy Black of Floyds Knobs, IN, Kimberly and Michael Cooper of Gainesville, GA; her great grandchildren, Eden, Brayden and Ryder Black of Floyds Knobs, IN; and her close friends, Lee, Dana Maddox, Dee Salter and Red Hat Society.
