She was predeceased by: her parents, Cowert Cowert and Carter Cowert. She is survived by: her husband Charles Thomas Tout of Cumming; her daughter Becky; her son-in-law Brent Langford of Suwanee; her son Matt; her daughter-in-law Sandy Tout of Cumming; her grandchildren, Caroline Langford, Evan Langford, Mattison Tout, Kinsley Tout and Avy Tout; her brother Elton; and her sister-in-law Priscilla Cowert.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Buford Presbyterian Church (1242 Buford Hwy, Sugar Hill, GA 30518).
