He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Wayne Cash, Sr. and Marie Pressley Cash; his brothers, David Cash and Dan Cash; his children, Kevin Cash and Kristen Cash; and his granddaughter Macy Cruce.
He is survived by: his wife Sara Alford Cash; his children, Ken Cash and Kimberly Cash; his stepdaughters, Janna Kimmons (Barry) and Joanna Cruce (Randy); his siblings, Jimmy Cash (Diane), Donald Cash (Ley), Joe Cash and Judy Hilliard; his grandchildren, Courtney, Ansley Cruce, Connor, Chase Ireland, Kenneth Cash, Amanda Mizell and Rachael McDaniel; and his great grandchildren, Harper Cruce, Brooke, Rebekah Cash, Aria, Millie Mizell, Skylar McDaniel and Mini.
