With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lessie Crane Pethel (Gainesville, Georgia), born in Cleveland, Georgia, who passed away on December 8, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Crane and Mattie Crane; and her siblings, Lloyd Crane, Ernest, Hoyt, Calvin, Barnett, Mary and Bonnie.

She is survived by: her husband Reverend Austin Pethel; her children, Pat Sisk (Scottye), Becky Keith and Danny Pethel; and her grandchildren, Scottye Sisk Jr. (Tonya), Stuart Sisk (Heidi), Stephen Sisk (Charlotte), Kevin Pethel (Joanna), Krista Martin (Tommy), Kelly Hardeman (Larry) and Kacey Bell (Reed). She is also survived by 3 children, 7 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
