With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lee Myrtrude Abernathy of Gainesville, Georgia, who passed away on November 16, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, J. K. Martin and Pearlie Miller Martin; her children, Randall Abernathy (Carol), Michael Abernathy and Beverly Duke (Charles); her grandchildren, Chris Mote (Adrianne), Greg Abernathy (Dana), Jeremy Abernathy (Kim), Mandy Burdette (Tony) and Megan Farmer (Clayton); her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Traven, Nathan, Haven and Caleb; and her sisters, Willie Faye Barrett and Carolyn Reed. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews & other relatives.
