Payne, Sr., Phillip William Payne and Tawayna Mechee Rucker; and her siblings, Elaine Nuckles, Sharon Ann Rucker, Sandra Dee Rucker, Willie D. Rucker, Jr., Michael Rucker, Robert Rucker and Cary Rucker. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
