He is survived by: his wife Margaret Kelley; his children, Andrew and Mary Kelley of Gainesville, GA; his siblings, Jill and Randy Kelley; his parents-in-law, Tsugio and Enid Ikeda of Great Falls, MT; and his siblings-in-law, Bryce Ikeda (Kristine) of Concord, CA and Beth Ikeda (Dan Sieckman).
