It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lamar Berry of Gainesville, Georgia, born in Dahlonega, Georgia, who passed away on November 5, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fannie Bell Berry Long and John A. Berry; his brother Larry Berry; and his grandparents, Homer, Argie Grizzle, Sam and Mary Berry.

He is survived by: his uncle Bill; his wife Ann Berry; his daughter Beth; his son-in-law Cory Wellborn; his siblings, Lloyd Grizzle (Rebecca), Danny Berry (Patty) and Carolyn Gaddis (Freddy); his sister-in-law Teresa Alexander (Brian); his nieces and nephews, Jessie Scroggs (Jake), Brittany Berry, Joe Gaddis (Krystal), Jordan Gaddis (Stefanie), Patrick Chisolm (Hannah), Drew Alexander (Brooke), Zach Alexander and Reese Alexander; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ava, Briella, Lincoln and Tristan; and his close friend Beau.
