He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilda Clark and Gerald Clark; his brother Gary Clark; and his niece Lynne Streater. He is survived by: his wife Allyson Clark; his children, Nicole Clark Smith (Chase) and Cooper Charles Clark; his grandchildren, Addie and Patrick Smith; and his siblings, Kenneth Streater (Carmel), Karen Clark McManus (Jim) and Phyllis Clark Granger (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces, and Patsy Ayers, his mother-in-law.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at 1255 Glenwood Drive, West Monroe, Louisiana. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (1205-, 1355 Evangeline Hwy, Jennings, LA 70546).
