She is survived by: her children, Melinda North, Emily (Robby Hulsey), Sandy (Scott Hearn) and Van; her daughter-in-law Gena Mathis; her grandchildren, Albin North, Ryan Hulsey, Matt Hulsey, Michael Mathis, Eric Mathis, Sarah Hearn Duncan, Allison Hearn Lyons and Caroline Hearn; her great grandchildren, Elias, Ansley, Mason, Maddox and Wyatt; and her sister-in-law JoAnne Gibson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
