He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Webb and Carrie Mynatt Webb; and his wife Betty Evans Webb. He is survived by: his children, Tommy Webb and Linda Webb McDougald (McDougald); his children-in-law, Harold McDougald and Vicki Dennis Webb; his grandchildren, James, Emily McDougald, Laura and Hayley Webb; his brother Hugh; his sister-in-law Barbara Webb; and his nieces, Patty Webb Russell and Jane Webb Johannes.
