She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Jesse Collard and Carmen Collard-Duggins; her husband Thomas James England; her sons, Richard H. Lewis and Michael W. Lewis; her sister Eloise M. Cormney (James H. Cormney); and her grandson Matthew W. Ward.
She is survived by: her daughter Virginia "Sissy" Lewis; her grandchildren, Sunshine Melissa Payne, Kevin Payne, Melissa Ward McKeen, Sam McKeen, Andrew Ward, Kelly Crystal Hughes and Bryan Hughes; and her great grandchildren, Allie Claire Payne, Graceanne Lewis Payne, Alivia Joy McKeen, Aubrey Faith McKeen, Braedon Matthew McKeen, Bryce Steven McKeen and Caitlin Elise Myers.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her granddaughter's charity for premature babies: Due to Covid-19, the family requests that everyone attending the visitation and service wear a mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
