He was predeceased by: his parents, Sampson Clements and Martha Clements; his siblings, Walter (Jean), Charles (Annabelle) and Martha Lillian; his nephews, Charles and Rodney; and his daughter-in-law Shannon Clements.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Clements; his children, Terry (Nancy Carol), Ronald Clements (Linda Breese) and Heidi (Kenneth); and his grandchildren, Katherine (Chris), Phillip Hall and Elisabeth Clements. He is also survived by many friends, nieces and nephews.
