He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Lewis and Donna Green Lewis of Bethlehem; his daughter Katelyn; his son-in-law Drew Cain of Gainesville; his son Josh; his daughter-in-law Hailey Lewis of Baldwin; his brother Kenneth Lewis; his brother-in-law Jamieson Allen of Gainesville; his sister Sue; his brother-in-law Scott Morgan of Bethlehem; his brother Chris; his sister-in-law Martha Lewis of Winder; and his grandchildren, Jace Lewis, Easton Lewis, Hadley Lewis, Dawson Cain, Denver Cain and Duncan Cain. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
