With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Morris Jr. (Gainesville, Georgia), born in Ogallala, Nebraska, who passed away on April 21, 2018 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Morris of Hastings Minnesota and Dorothy Morris of Hastings Minnesota. He is survived by: his wife Linda Morris; his children, Shellie Haley (Mike) of Lexington Kentucky, David Morris (Molly) of Suwanee Georgia and Kimberly Gates (Scott) of Cumming Georgia; his grandchildren, Colby Carter (Alex) of Lexington, Ashley Withers (Tommy) of Lexington, Hunter Haley of Lexington, Nolan Morris of Suwanee, Denton Morris of Suwanee, Warren Morris of Suwanee, Elliana Gates and Leighton Gates; and his siblings, Chuck Morris (Carol) of Hastings Minnesota, Sharon Robertson (Charlie) of Millican Texas and Paul Morris (Kris) of Hastings Minnesota.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association in memory of Mr. Morris.
