It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Nell Wang (Gainesville, Georgia), born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on July 20, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Nathan Wang and Ruby Nell Anthony Wang; and his grandmother Ethel Vickery Anthony. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Thompson Wang (Pat); his children, Steven Wang Buford (Charity), Jonathan Wang Dallas (Bhavna) and Stacie Wang Mavis (Bryan) of Gainesville; and his grandchildren, Anna Wang of Atlanta, Sophie Wang of Dallas, Jacob Wang of Buford, Emily Grace of Gainesville and Lauren Mavis of Gainesville.
