She is survived by: her friend Melvin Faulkner, Jr.; her siblings, Herschel Wells of Gainesville, Johnny Harris (Mattie Lee) of Gainesville, Jerrald Ware of Gainesville, Brenda Mize of Gainesville, LeJerdis Johnson (Reggie) and Betty Lou Chester; her children, Patricia Kidd, Katrina Norris, Sylvia Smith, Travis Hawks (Meco) and James Demetrius Smith; and her close friend Terri Hargrove. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
