She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Carter and Alice Carter (Bullard). She is survived by: her husband William A. Bagwell (Dub); her children, Emily, Carla and William (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Catherine, William, Emmaline, Benjamin, Walker, Allison and Sara Beth; her great grandchild Jayden; and her siblings, Carl Ivey Carter and Jeannie Pennington.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to Northeast Georgia Health System Hospice, 2150 Limestone Parkway, Suite 222, Gainesville, Georgia 30501.
